In the first 5 minutes or so of this video we run over the seemingly Captivate specific changes between the current Eclair 2.1 UCJH7 build running on AT&T Captivates and the leaked Froyo 2.2 UCJI6 build. The last half of the video is just showing the general Froyo OS changes running on a Galaxy S Captivate. Samsung released a new guide today to try and help AT&T Captivate and T-Mobile Vibrant owners with their GPS accuracy problems. In this test we used an AT&T Captivate running Froyo, a Sprint Epic 4G running 2.1, and Verizon’s newest Galaxy S device the Continuum running eclair. We tested the GPS on all three devices with the “GPS Test” app, then installed the new Samsung GPS Restore application, ran it, and tested the GPS again afterwards.
